Mike Goulding is a licensed attorney with over 45 years’ experience with all types and sizes of nonprofit organizations.  He has the training and experience to resolve a wide variety of legal issues, the wisdom to give practical advice that makes sense in the real world, and a genuine desire to help nonprofits to successfully pursue their missions.

Member and leader within the two committees that focus exclusively on tax-exempt nonprofits: Nonprofit Organizations Committee of the Business Law Section and Exempt Organizations Committee of the Section of Taxation.

Mary brings her educational background, relevant experience, and passion for leaders’ success to every coaching client.

• Mary is no stranger to the benefits of goal setting, setting priorities, and working intelligently and diligently to achieve objectives.  As the single mother of six minor children, she earned a bachelor’s degree in three years after completing a challenging university program in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations.
• Unlike other nonprofit experts, Mary won’t leave you “high and dry” when the initial paperwork is complete.  She will stick with you as you become proficient in all aspects of your leadership role.
